All packages include delivery on the day before stage 1, technical assistance and concierge service during the event. Our staff will be present one hour before the start of every stage and will be waiting for you at the end of every stage at our booth in Haute Route Village to take care of your rental bike.
For the booking, you will be asked to enter information on your bike fitting, choice of pedals, and various options to ensure your rental experience is as successful as possible. FBR will service the bike and ensure that it is in optimum riding condition.
Your responsibility: The bike is rented to you in good faith that you will look after it as if it were your own. We ask that you always store the bike sensibly and lock it when unattended (a lock will be supplied upon request). When riding your bike, we ask that you avoid taking any unnecessary risks.
Concierge service
During the event, we offer a full concierge service, including technical assistance, cleaning, and maintenance of your bike (not including spare parts that need to be replaced).
This service is available from the day preceding the first stage of the event until the last day at the end of the final stage. This also includes assembling and disassembling your bike for those of you traveling with your own bike cases.
NOTE: Bike rental includes concierge service.

Insurance (option)
You are fully responsible for the bike from the moment you pick it up until the moment you return it. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike. You are responsible for the repair or replacement of the bike, wheels, or any missing or damaged parts.
We offer optional insurance. The cost of such insurance for an event is €95.00 with a €450.00 deductible applied (so all losses due to damage exceeding €450.00 are covered by the insurance).
Normal wear and tear is not covered. The calculation of the loss will be based on the value of the bike at its market price in case of theft or irreparable damage. In case of repairable damage (at our sole discretion), the loss will be calculated by reference to the cost of the repair.
