- Delivery to the event. See our IRONMAN event calendar.
- Availability of the rented bike for the entire duration of the event, from the opening of the IRONMAN Village Expo until the end of the race.
- Your reserved bike will be waiting for you at our FBR tent in the IRONMAN Village Expo so you can test it.
- A team of mechanics present to help you with bike adjustments and any assistance you may need to complete the bike segment without issues. Bring your pedals, cycling shoes, (saddle if you prefer), and your measurements. Our mechanics will quickly adjust the bike to your measurements and make any necessary adjustments.
- Check our list of events and click on the event of your choice to start the booking process. You will be asked to select the bike and options such as cassette, helmet, insurance…

Insurance (option)
You are fully responsible for the bike from the moment you pick it up until the moment you return it. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike. You are responsible for the repair or replacement of the bike, wheels, or any missing or damaged parts.
We offer optional insurance. The cost of such insurance for an IRONMAN event is €95.00 with a €450.00 deductible applied (so all losses due to damage exceeding €450.00 are covered by the insurance).
Normal wear and tear is not covered. The calculation of the loss will be based on the value of the bike at its market price in case of theft or irreparable damage. In case of repairable damage (at our sole discretion), the loss will be calculated by reference to the cost of the repair.
