Delivery and return

If you have requested the delivery of your bike(s), we will ask for both a postal address and a phone number. This information must be provided at least one week before delivery. To minimize the risk of delivery issues and ensure that your bike(s) is delivered where and when you expect it, we highly recommend calling us one or two days before the delivery date to finalize and confirm the delivery time and location.

If you are not present at the time of delivery and have not made arrangements for its secure storage until your arrival, we will take the bike back to the depot, and fees for a second delivery will be charged. Please also ensure that if you are not present at the time of bike pickup, you have made arrangements for its secure storage.

Please make sure you have provided a contact number. In case of an emergency, you can find our contact number in your reservation documents.

ALL one-day rentals with delivery and pickup involve additional delivery fees.
