Acceptance
When we receive a duly completed booking form from you, we will confirm your booking request by return email with a detailed quote. It is the tenant’s responsibility to inform us of any errors or omissions on the confirmation form upon receipt. By submitting a booking form, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Rental duration
Our rental system is based on calendar days. If you pick up your bike on Monday at 9 AM and return it on Tuesday at 2 PM, this is considered a two-day rental. To be considered a one-day rental, bikes must be picked up and returned on the same day.
Rental duration for events
The rental duration for events such as the IRONMAN or sporting events like the Étape du Tour and other cycling events with which we are partners is always considered to be from the opening time of the expo village or the FBR stand (if there is no expo village) until the end of the event.
In all cases, you will be informed at the time of bike pick-up of the deadline for return and the drop-off location for the bike.
If the bike is not returned under these conditions, an additional fee will be charged.
Deposits and payments
We require 100% payment to reserve a bike. Payments can be made online via a secure payment link using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) that we will provide with the confirmation of your request.
Payment instructions will be included in the confirmation.
Additionally, for the rental of all our bikes, a deposit will be required at the time of bike pick-up. The amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the time of rental pick-up but not charged to your account. This amount will be held on your credit card at the time of pick-up. The deposit may be used for additional charges (e.g., damages, extra days, etc.). Please note that the release time for deposits can take up to 7 days depending on the banks and countries. More information on deposit amounts can be found on our rental rates page.
Annulations and refunds
Payments are refundable provided that notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the start of the rental period. There is no refund of payments for bookings made less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period.
Insurance and liability
Details on insurance and liability can be found on the separate rental insurance page.

Repairs or problems during your rental
We provide bikes in good working condition, but despite our high maintenance standards, occasional mechanical problems may occur. We will strive to assist you as quickly as possible.
If you encounter a problem, please contact us and describe the issue, and if we are unable to send one of our mechanics to repair or replace the bike, we will help you find one of the shops we work with so they can repair the bike, subject to the usual requirements of working hours, weekends, and others. Assuming you have obtained our prior consent, you will be reimbursed for repair costs upon returning the bike. All provisions of this paragraph remain subject to the additional provisions and other terms and conditions.
We will make all adjustments and repairs that are not the result of an accident or misuse at no additional cost and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. If the repairs cannot be completed quickly, a replacement bike will be provided.
