Renters are responsible for any damage to the bikes (excluding small nicks or scratches).
Renters are responsible for the full replacement cost in case of loss or theft of the bike.
In the unfortunate event of a stolen bike, it is your responsibility to report it to the police. Please provide us with a copy of the theft report issued by the police station.
Bike locking: Locks are available upon request and we strongly recommend their use. Never leave the bike unattended unless it is properly locked. The FBR staff is happy to demonstrate the proper use of the locks.
Insurance for events
For bike rentals at events, we offer optional insurance; details can be found at the respective event. The cost of such insurance is €95.00 with a deductible of €450.00 (so that all damages exceeding €450.00 are covered by the insurance).
